Envolve Winery

Our infamous patio pounder is back! We crafted a style of sauvignon blanc that has become known for it's easy drinking, aromatic, crisp, clean style, hence the reason it's been dubbed our "patio pounder" by our fans.

750ml-​ our 2008 Envolve cabernet sauvignon expresses the Terroir of iconic vineyards in the sonoma valley. each vineyard boasts incredibly rich, volcanic soils that provide unique characteristics to our wines. fine grained tannins provide this wine with a silky, even texture and mouthfeel. pair seamlessly with Chipoltle seasoned grilled meats, rich pasta dishes or sharp and mild cheeses.

Our​ 2010 bordeaux blend comes from the Demeter certified biodynamic puma springs vineyard. located midway between the alexander and dry creek valleys, this spot is ideally suited for growing bordeaux grapes. this vineyard is located on a sloping hillside enabling it to take advantage of the local Microclimate. this was the first growth for our cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc. the yields were very low and the fruit had very concentrated and complex flavors.

A blend of pinot noir and chardonnay from the carneros and mendocino appellations, these areas are perfect for farming these famed burgundy grapes.

Imagine the journey this wine has taken. a series of Transformative moments, from the vineyard, into our hands, delivered to the cellar, and then into the bottle, best describes the long and poetic road this chardonnay has traveled. this bottle is its epilogue, the grace note at the end of a long growing season.

This​ red wine is very approachable as it offers up very soft and silky tannins, with a long, clean finish. on the nose you get dark cherry, blackberry and hints of earth and spice. upon entry, there’s a glorious, natural fruit sweetness that resembles dark, robust berries. a long, lingering finish with measured oak flavors make this a great food-pairing wine. pairs perfectly with light Italian dishes and tomato-based sauces – chicken, fish, pork and marinara based pastas.
