    "The gym is basic. There are 9 machines & they are all very dated. Some of the machines need oiling. No mats to stretch and no weights.Room doesn't have aircon but occasionally the doors are open. 4/10"

    "Breakfast is not a very good standard, choice but little. Waited 20 minutes to actually order my hot food and had to approach a waitress myself to ask if I could order. Very dissatisfied with service"
