Go downstairs and relax in the leather seats, quite quiet and secluded, bit of a distance from the city but worth it seeing that the college green staff are quite inconsiderate (stay well away)
Best Chinese buffet in Dublin, has never let me down. I recommend lunch there as it's the same great food just cheaper than at dinner time!

Tolteca make a decent enough burrito but the real selling point at this establishment is that there's loads of seating and loads of wheelchair/pram space too.
Cute cafe off the sth circ road - good sandwiches / homemade cakes / does brunch at weekends - a much needed commodity in D8 so town becomes less of a necessity to enter at weekends

Such a beautiful hidden gem of Dublin. Although it doesn't have an extensive menu - don't judge it on that. The food is simply to die for. I highly recommend it & it's reasonably priced.
Best croissants in town and very respectable coffee/ baked cheese cake. Some of the nicest people on the block
Ask for one of the in-house roasted blends as the staff are quite happy to help you choose one you'll enjoy drinking.
