Silene Lim: I have been to GT since 2000. The service and attention to detail is impeccable under the Danny Meyer tutelage. I have never been disappointed by the food nor the price points. Definite must.
Bin Yang: Best yakitori in New York. Get the omakase and be specific about your favorite type of meats. I recommend asking for as much offals as you can get. The liver is creamy and the heart, sweet and tender.
