Great yoga class on Sunday afternoon (perfect timing), shame the anti-gravity yoga in not (yet) on the timetable.
Love the chill out music in the changing rooms, helps switching off, great jacuzzi and perfect lighting in the girls' training room. A big fan of the anti-gravity classes, always great fun!
Classic old pub / restaurant with cheerful 1950-60s music (hence the clientele) good vibe and friendly staff. Weather permitting there are a few seats outside, free wifi (pass oysters123)
Fillet is great - tasty, perfectly cooked, great value! Oreo cheese cakes, a must.
