Bring a camera to capture photos of the beautiful view from the top. Go on a week day, its open late. Weekends are crowded! (at least this past weekend was insane)
If you're looking for juice, the vendors in the middle of the market are cheaper (1 Euro) than the ones at the front (2 Euros).
Top picks: Padrones (green peppers), Langostinos, Solomillos, mini hamburguesa and Chipirones(squid). All awesome!
A fantastic market with a mellower, more local feel than the Boquería. Closed Sundays. Open at 7:30am all other days, closing at 2pm on Mon, 3:30pm on Tue, Wed and Sat, and 8:30pm on Thu and Fri.
The interior decoration is unique with different features such as the flower pots or comics on the walls making it quite special indeed.
Lots of entertainment. Huge crowds of people. Lots of tourists. Be careful of pick pockets. Souvenir stands are located here as well.
If you are there for breakfast, 'tortilla de alcachofa' (artichoke omelette) or if you are more adventurous try the 'huevos fritos con chipirones' (fried eggs with baby squid)
