- Start with the wyagu beef tongue. All of the pork belly dishes are amaze.
Whatever variation of fish is on the menu, chances are that it's going to be quite good.

Start with the fried sage stuffed with chorizo. Then get the meatballs, with a glass of tempranillo.
Try the Anchovy bruschetta, arugula salad and veal meatballs!

Scallops with pancetta and smoked orange puree are exceptional. Lemon panna cotta with citrus fruit is perfect.
