Huge line at lunch but the spicy pork miso ramen was amazing and exactly what I was hoping it would be.
Give yourself about 4hrs to see everything and go at a leisurely pace. Tours are at 12 and 2!
Sausage patty is NOT hard and tough as you’re used to, easy to cut and well seasoned. Though the spicy isn’t as hot as you’d expect.
Don’t expect lots of fancy sides, they do pizza and do it amazingly well. Chewy light crust, hearty chunky toppings, they’ll even do half/half no extra charge.
Hummus is thick and rich, falafel was crunchy and tender. Chicken kabab was flavorful and not dry, get it over mujadara instead of rice! Definitely try the hot sauce. Friendly staff and owner.
