A great bar with amazing history and character. The cocktails are top notch and the live jazz is always a special treat. Good mix of seating styles depending on your mood. A north beach favorite!

Classic cocktails, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wide selection of spirits. My go-to is a gin martini with extra olives.

- Pig and a Biscuit is awesome. Pot Pie is a must. And Barkeep's Whimsey is epic (you give them some direction, i.e. 'i like whiskey' and they make you a whatever drink tickles their fancy).
The cocktails are so seductively good! Get the South Side Cocktail if you're in the mood for a sweet and refreshing drink
Sandra Cifo11月 22, 2017Great for live music and cocktails but the food is overpriced for what it is. The hamburger for $15 is really awful, and cheaply done. I would come back for the cocktails.
