Traditional Italian Coffee‎

(Ceramic glassware served in-house)

Macchiato

Espresso coffee served w/ a dash of hot or cold milk. in Italian it translates to ‘stained’ or ‘marked,’ e.g. espresso ‘marked’ w/ milk. also referred to as an espresso macchiato. ~3oz. in size.

Cappuccino

A classic, 8oz blend of espresso & steamed milk named after the brown robes of the capuchin monks.

Caffe Americano

A 14oz espresso drink prepared by adding hot water to espresso. in wwii the us gi’s would add water to Italian espresso in order to approximate the coffee they were accustomed to.

Hot Tea Service

Premium loose-leaf david’s tea steeped to perfection & served in a beautiful teapot infuser w/ insulated, dual-walled glassware for drinking.

Espresso

A dark, rich, full-bodied coffee made when finely ground coffee is processed w/ a special machine that forces a small amount of water at high pressure through a filter. Contact time between coffee & water is only about 25 seconds.

Pour Over

(Hario v60, clever) a form of drip brewing where hot water is manually poured into a filter filled w/ freshly ground beans filtered little by little until the desired amount of coffee is made.

Caffe Latte

A 12oz coffee drink made w/ espresso & steamed cow’s milk or soy milk. This has a stronger coffee flavor than a latte macchiato.

Auto-Drip Coffee

The most common brewing method, auto-drip makers use warm water, gravity, & a paper filter to extract a clear, light-bodied coffee that is free of sediment. This method does take away from coffee’s true oils & essences.
