    "Same floor plans as Viera (across the street on 110th Ave), sans fancy appliances, fixtures & price tag. Rates start low & typically jump 10%+ each renewal. Great neighbors (IMO). Skip the salmon :-)"

    "If you're doing breakfast, skip the drive thru & walk inside to meet a front line worker who doesn't make eye contact, say hello, thank you, etc. It's the most cliché McDonald's experience in town."
