John Parkes: "Some of the most intensely flavourful coffee I've had anywhere in the world, let alone Birmingham. They know their stuff, too. Decor is rather sparse, though - and it's a fair way off the beaten path."

Simon: "One of the best places in Birmingham. Nice to go out for a drink at any time of the day or as a starting place to go on a walk alongside the canals. On a weekend it gets very crowded (but still nice)."
Alex Dow: "Great unique steaks, service can be hit and miss however. Their paprika roasted potatoes are a must as well as the Malbec sauce. Delicious olives too."
Carl Griffin: "Modern and stylish cafe bar serving an excellent range of real ales and craft keg beer."
John Parkes: "A fair bit more seating upstairs so don't be put off if it looks too crowded downstairs. They always have at least one interesting beer here, and they serve espresso with a glass of water (hurrah!)."
John Parkes: "Great new location, right outside the train station. As things stand it is far less crowded than the other location (on Colmore Row), but the coffee is just as delicious."
