Unique & Special coffee shops found by me in HK. Mostly operate by passionate HK local coffee geek! Help HK coffee industry & spread the words to your friends! ;-)
Tom P: One of the best places in Hong Kong to get coffee. The barista was trained in Australia and is considered to be one of the better baristas in all of Hong Kong.
John So: Make sure to try their new food menu, Steak and Eggs, Eggs Benedict, Spaghetti Bosciaola, New York Cheese Cake, and especially the new coffee blend 3 little pigs.
Ian Sze: Not many places know of or make a piccolo latte (basically a latte w half the milk). A great way to enjoy a stronger drink w less liquid, especially of you're having more than one a day!
Casey Lau: One of the Top 5 coffee shops (yes there are only 5) in Hong Kong. If you are serious about coffee skip the Starbucks and Pacific Coffee around the corner and come here.
Tom P: If you've every wondered what syphon coffee tastes like, then you have to try the coffee here. The 3rd Place winner of the 2010 Japan Syphon Competition is one of the baristas here.
Kitty Cheung: Not crowded at all comparing to other coffee cafes. It's nice a quite to have a good conversation when you are on your meetings, work, study or a place to hang out with friends.

Craig Wong: Great range of coffee beans and a selection of chocolates. Bakeries are freshly baked everyday you just gotta try the brownies they are awesome!!!
Cindy I.: Love how chilled out and spacious this place is! I highly recommend trying the specialty coffee that you can't get at any of the other locations ;)
Yuki Ngay: Serious spot for coffee lovers. If you are in a hurry, don't order the drip coffee which takes about 10-15 minutes of preparation, go for a 'ordinary' coffee instead
hellaHongKong: Coffee is excellent and creative. Charcuterie is wonderful. Atmosphere and service were great. Quesadilla, eggplant wrap, and chicken pita - were just okay. Open at 10am-boo.
Ileana: Tip: if you want a mint tea.. Don't order the Battata Moroccan mint tea.. It's regular tea with a mint sprig on top. It's fine but really in the mood for iced mint tea.
Olivia Yang: This place is small and cute. The barista really takes effort into your cup of latte. Quaint and comfortable feel. Has the ambience of a home away from home. A must visit!

Paula: I've been coming here since 2004 but after its recent renovation, I just love the open space & new design & it definitely has the best vibe - urban, subculture bent to it. worth checking out!
Ada Leung: One if my fav place. Great all day breakfast at a reasonable price. Good coffee. You can freely change the ingredients of your dish. Very home-feel :)
Jeremy Blum: Food presentation is excellent here. The three soup special and the pumpkin salad are good. They also gave us free bits of raspberry cake for dessert, which was very nice.
Davyd Wong: All new salads. All new recipes, all new home made dressing, all new everyday market fresh! We heard you Daini W.. Glad you loved the coffee, now come back and try the new salads! Cheers

CK: The tuna sandwich, the pies, coffee, hot chocolate, and even the blueberry cheesecake were delicious! A great place to take a break from all the shopping.
Pilar Morais: Great outdoor options with front window seating as well as the courtyard in the back. Of course there is great coffee too with almond milk as an option
