Walk amongst a massive collection of real graves and abandoned grave stones, and visit the disused church.
This venue was established by Auguste Kettner, chef to Napoleon III in 1867, and is as such one of the oldest restaurants in London. It accordingly serves delicious French food!

The blue plaque commemorating the birth of Charles Babbage is here, on the corner of Walworth Road and Larcom Street.
Inventor and mathematician Charles Babbage spent over 40 years working at his room in Dorset Street; a green plaque is on the wall to commemorate his time there.

When the nearby railway line was built through church ground, the headstones were stacked around an ash tree, under the supervision of a young Thomas Hardy. The tree has since grown through them.
Great collection of ethnographic objects, musical instruments, stuffed animals. Wonderful garden and excellent cafe. I not working here!
