Blake Sirach: Excellent wine list. Carne Asada, the bread, strawberry-rhubarb tart. You really can't go wrong. I went to the best tapas places in Barcelona looking for something better than Mas. Couldn't find it.
Blake Sirach: Your margarita order: sauza hornitos reposado + fresh lime & Cointreau. Absolutely worth the extra couple bucks over the house. Pair that with the red hot blues. Boom.
Blake Sirach: The secret here is that they often have great food trucks on location. Grab a Missle IPA, a tasty bite from the truck, and enjoy the bare bones patio/parking lot with a really cool vibe.
Blake Sirach: The best BBQ in cville, possibly the world. Certainly the best I've had. The three notch'd bowl is my jam-- pork over mac & cheese and beans, drowned in spicy sauce. Perfection.
Blake Sirach: Solid raw bar selection, with an inventive menu of entrees and small plates to support it. Trendy industrial vibe and spacious interior make for a great dinner spot with some friends.
Blake Sirach: Great pies--flavorful crust & fresh ingredients. If you get the "fat and sassy", be prepared for some serious garlic and a large quantity of cheesy breadsticks. Delicious though!
