Built in 1877 Healy Hall is a National Historic Landmark. It is named after Patrick F. Healy, S.J., Georgetown president from 1873-1882 and the first African-American to head a major university.
Copley is an upper-class residence hall. The first floor contains Copley Formal Lounge, a large formal room used for many student and university gatherings. Copley is also home to St. Williams Chapel.

A freshman residence hall, New South opened in 1959 and is so-named because at the time it was the building furthers south on campus. The name stuck!
Leo’s is the main dining hall on campus offering two levels of food and drink options. As a “trayless” facility, Leo’s is able to save about 145,000 gallons of water per year.

Jesuits have dedicated their lives to Georgetown and are easily accessible. Wolfington, known as the “JesRes” on campus, is home to most of the 60 Jesuits that live at the university.

Home court for the women’s basketball and volleyball teams. The men’s basketball team plays at the Verizon Center located in the heart of DC. Georgetown is also represented by 29 teams in 15 sports.

Head to the 5th Floor for a view of the Tiffany Favrile glass ceiling, which was installed in 1907, and contains over 1.6 million pieces of glass.
Built in 1888 by Chicago architectural office of Burnham and Root the twelve story Rookery is considered the oldest standing high-rise in Chicago. The lobby was remodeled in 1905 by Frank L. Wright
