Brian3月 28, 2014Better than Intelligentsia - which is a difficult feat. Each member of the team really cares about the coffee they serve you. Ask about the alternate espresso/Capuccino. Ours was Sumatra Lintong

Scott Kleinberg12月 20, 2015Bow Truss has excellent espresso. I would recommend a latte for that or wait a few extra minutes for a pour over coffee for the freshest flavor. Really excellent.

Eric Turner7月 7, 2013I have held Bow Truss in high since they opened. Then I went today and they pulled the longest, thinnest shot I've had in a long time. I passed a lot of OK places for something great. Didn't get it.
Best V60 coffee and espresso in the city. Don't come here expecting frills, they don't have wifi or a bathroom.
