- Nathan Wright5月 30, 2017Dark Horse is a Boulder can't-miss and heaven for burger lovers. You absolutely have to try the Jiffy Burger. You'll need napkins. Curly fries can't be beat. Dark Horse's atmosphere is weird and fun.

Madison Levin-Epstein1月 13, 2012Not sure if they still have it, but if they do the "starving student special" is a great deal - burger, fries, and a beer(or soda) for under ~$6.- Happy Hour, Rocky Mountain oysters, fries, burgers and other sandwiches. One of the last great old school college dive bars!

The Jiffy burger is interesting and surprisingly tasty. The Royal is my favorite though.
Burgers are great! I love getting wings and a chef salad. Cheapest happy hour in town.

After 20 years of coming here, the grilled turkey bacon avocado is still the best sandwich I've ever tasted.
The deck in the summer sounded like a good idea. But this is where all the cigarette smokers hang. You can't go out there unless you want to smell like smoke.
This place can easily be converted into a museum. Check out the stuff hanging from the ceiling.
