Nice hotel w/views of the Charles river. Connects directly to the prudential mall (PRU) which connects to Hynes convention center - very convenient. a bit pricey and slow elevators but good overall
Don Kelley1月 19, 2018Park in the Copley Place garage. Direct entrance to the mall and hotel. Easy access to and from the Pike. Note: the Marriott has high tech elevators. You have to choose your floor before getting on.
Alex Ries7月 21, 2017Really nice hotel, and comes with the amenities you'd expect for a hotel this size. I find Marriott personal to be a little less personable than some other brands. Lounge is pretty good, not open 24/7プラス投票 Feb 8- This is a prime location for many reasons. Copley, Northeastern Univ., MFA, Kenmore, all easy access by walking or the T. Their own parking garage is now self park with in and out privileges.
Skip the Starbucks and head over to Blue Bottle across the skywalk at Copley Place

Great location between two of the best malls Pru & Copley Place, but the rooms could use a little renovation and more cleanliness. Internet connection is annoying too as disconnects each day.

M F1月 17, 2014They're working on the slow lifts! Have to pay for wifi but we stayed for 7 nights and they waived the fee. Champions is also good to eat at. This hotel also connects to the Copley Plaza shops.

Also, for your Event Technology needs, PSAV is in-house and is the best at what they do!

Nice rooms (pillow top & awesome pillows) great checkin but the rest of the staff that handled luggage and especially the people that brought us a crib were sub par. Priceline made it a good deal! :)

I feel they didn’t acknowledge my Bonvoy status upon check in and I didn’t get the free bottled water I normally get, despite handing my Bonvoy card over with credit card.
Staff here is amazing, friendly and happy. Concierge always has good tips for anything you might need.
- Pros: great location and good gym. Cons: no free wifi and less "luxury" then, say the Intercontinental. But nice beds, location, and gym trump. I'd recommend.

They really need to gut renovate the entire place. The small updates over the years aren’t keeping up with the aging building.- Suki9月 20, 2020Good location in the middle of downtown. Just try to avoid the loony convention times. Too many furries and anime weirdos.
Great staff nice rooms killer view to the Charles river and back bay area. Also very close to the Fenway park!
Mike (That's All You Get)4月 1, 2017Got stuck in the elevator for an hour and a half. Terrible experience in brand new state of the art elevators. Manager gave me 40,000 points. There really didn't seem to be any urgency though.
This hotel is like a bad beauty queen... nice to lookat but it doesn't make a lot of sense. Slow elevators too.

Super soft beds, almost like a hammock. If you're like me and prefer a firm mattress, look elsewhere.
