Alex Still: Cool, Belgian-inspired international beer bar. Did I get that right? Great place to sample some amazing beer and nerd out with the bartender about great beer.
Alex Still: Quite the line forms in the morning for this place. I'd say the donuts are a bit of an acquired taste as they have potato in the dough, but a great spot to check in for a quick doughnut and coffee.
Alex Still: Everything you want in a record shop. Kind of hard to find, not crowded, and owned and run by a guy who maintains an amazing selection of really well-priced vinyl in great condition.
Alex Still: This is a snazzy place to have your dinner lobster, because you already had your lunch lobster sitting on the dock, right? Also, the oysters are local and amazingly fresh and delicious.
Alex Still: C'mon, these guys make awesome beer. everyone knows that, but you might luck out and get something special like Dinner on tap. Also, the dude making pizzas out front is legit.
Alex Still: Bitter rival to Red's across the street. There was no line, the lobster roll was huge and delicious, plenty of seats on the dock. Perfect pull-over lunch spot on a Maine coast road trip.
Alex Still: The patio looking out of Lake Champlain is a jewel. Great beers on tap and a rotating cast of food trucks throughout the week. The tater-tot poutine truck rules!
Alex Still: I'm from Brooklyn and I've eaten at various Positive Pies on multiple occasions, which is against my general rule of no Pizza away games. So yeah, its good pizza. And great beer list.
