Why would I pay for the Liberty tour when there is a ferry boat (Manhattan 🛳➡️ Staten Island) free of charge passing Lady Liberty close enough?? 😏
A bar with an amazing view. Crowded. Expensive. Lively. One thing I couldn't get is why so many steps of "security-dress-code-face-control" check? 🙄 Like I'm entering Pentagon base, not a roof bar

Bright and lively bar in the heart of Washington, especially good for football matches "observation". We watched one FIFA World Cup 2018 game here and the atmosphere was pretty loud and festive ⚽️ 🍻
