Annie Werner: DOGS. Great dog parks (one for big and one for little). Right on the water and houses Gracie Mansion. Beautiful landscaping. Great place for a run.

Annie Werner: Most efficient sbux in the city I am CONVINCED.

Annie Werner: Pints and pretzels. UES used to be a German hood, and this is the last evidence of that standing.

Annie Werner: Coffee burger! Was majorly skeptical of the English muffin bun but it works! Also low carb? Alphabet City Ale is also solid.
