See-ming Lee: Rooftop access — this is probably the best part. You can chain-smoke + drink beer all night long. :)

Elaine Chow: Great place for cycling and running. Lots of cafes and rest area.

Casey Lau: A good size creative co-workspace on the east side of HK island. It has a photostudio that doubles as a presentation space for 40 people. Easy to get to, and TWO McDonalds on either side!

Eric Tsoi: Lots of stuff to do here. If ur not a hacker but ur into crafts, this is the place to go. Very comfortable place. If my kid was older id bring him here to learn about crafts.
