The Crêpes, Waffles and Pancakes are delicious and fresh. They offer a wide array of menu options. The diner is often packed during peak holiday times, so something to consider.
Amazing place in Aspen!! Jalapeño poppers are delicious. Try the OJ. Fresh and tasty.
Every single item in this menu is legit. The French Dip might be the best you'll EVER have. The chicken sandwich is like heaven in your mouth. The kale salad is to die for. Go there. Now.
Truffle fries are the go-to item but don't overlook some of the small plates as an alternative.
Grab a cold one in the sun during aprés ski and make sure to have the Spicy Asian Cheese Fries.

Love the ambiance. It's both intimate very lively, with comfy couches and a great big fireplace. Chalet chic decor. Bourbon cocktails are excellent.
Great upstairs copper top bar with friendly and knowledgable bartender and a lengthy craft cocktail menu. Great dining menu as well...but I'd just eat at the bar.
Cornbread fried oysters are a must starter. Jalapeño butter is delish and it comes with a side of hot sauce.

If you wait in line, you can get nice seats, but waiting sucks, so only do that if you must!
